System Lockups

GC 6.6 b28 osX 10.4.11 Ever since I have upgraded to the latest GC I have had at least once a day system lockups. They are so bad it ignores the force quit request (can't even get into it to try it). AFter reboot I get a message saying the system has crashed (duh) and do I went to send a problem report to Apple, which I do. Has anyone else experienced the issue? Just curious as I have not done any software updates (except for GC) in well over a month. Ed
