Hi,

I am trying to do the very simple task of importing the content of my iPhone using GC. I get the following error message:

"The device "XYZ" is pass-coded locked and connected to an untrusted host. So, GraphicConverter can`t access the device."

Does anyone knows how to solve this? I searched the manual and the forum, and also Apple's discussion forums, but I didn't find anything useful.

I am using GC 10.3.1, OSX 10.9.5, iOS 10.2.1. I imported pictures with GC before, it's the first time that I have this problem, I am not sure why.

Simply unlock your iPhone with your code. You can not download pictures from a locked iPhone, it must be unlocked before you can download it. This is done to avoid somebody downloading the pictures from a phone, he is not the owner

If I may: the error message is misleading, I mean I thought I had to go to some preferences settings somewhere...
