Preferences UI Suggestion

The new Preferences dialog box sure is a lot easier to navigate than the old one. I have one suggestion that might make it even easier. Take the Image Formats submenu out of the Open section and give it its own heading. It's always been an odd subsection, and now you have enough free real estate to break it out. Then, find the longest panel (either HPGL or Photo Raw) and use that depth for all 20 image formats so the window doesn't keep shrinking and expanding like a jumping bean. You'll also be able to see the whole list of 20 image formats without it getting cut off by the constantly changing window size.
