I would like to paste one image with transparency over another image so that the second image shows through in the transparent areas.
Is this possible?

You helped me with this five years ago and I was able to do want I want. But, now I'm trying again and can't get it to work. What am I doing wrong?
As you can see, I have the video you made on screen as a guide. I still can't get it to work.

Edit: Well, I sort of solved the problem. I was unable to select/copy/paste, but I was able to select and drag. That worked. Any idea why copy and paste didn't work?

GraphicConverter uses an alpha channel for this.
