Hi, Just trash the old services. GraphicConverter has now the service directly in the application package. I believe that is an old folder in an older version of iMac. It doesn't exist in my iMac, an Early 2009 version. Thorsten, After I removed "GraphicConverter.service", version 1.1, modified May 7, 2011" the folder was empty. I found that I needed to goto the System Preferences/Keyboard/Keyboard Shortcuts and under the "Services" uncheck all six of the GraphicConverter services. Strange that the three there were duplicated. I assume that all six are in GraphicConverter. I seem also to have: Create icon and preview Remove resourcefork Are these not also Graphic Converter things? I'm not sure about Folder Action Set-up. Why do you have to uncheck them? What happens if you do not? --- In gcmac@yahoogroups.com, Robert Poland <rpoland@...> wrote: > > Thorsten, > > After I removed "GraphicConverter.service", version 1.1, modified May 7, 2011" the folder was empty. > > I found that I needed to goto the System Preferences/Keyboard/Keyboard Shortcuts and under the "Services" uncheck all six of the GraphicConverter services. > > Strange that the three there were duplicated. The GraphicConvert application has the services within its app bundle now, but those services are still activated by OS X.At least, that's the way I understand it.--Gordon On Wed, May 2, 2012 at 11:13 AM, watcombeman <john@yclept.wanadoo.co.uk> wrote: I seem also to have: Create icon and preview Remove resourcefork Are these not also Graphic Converter things? Hi, Yes, correct. The system does activate them automatically. Thorsten, So if the System activates them and GraphicConverter activates them that explains the duplicates. On May 2, 2012, at 12:00 PM, Thorsten Lemke wrote: > Hi, > > Yes, correct.
