Training DVD or CD for GC

Looking for a full training DVD or CD for learning GC. I've been using GC for some years and different versions. I haven't used GC much other than reducing file size of a JPG file for uploading to web. Would love to learn GC full capacity. Sites like http://www.vtc.com/ and http://www.lynda.com/
