Thanks Thorsten,I can't imagine what Preference setting would affect that, but I trashed the preferences and that fixed it. I'm confused then because the name GraphicConverter is in the process itself On Aug 23, 2012, at 4:46 AM, Thorsten Lemke <lemke@lemkesoft.de> wrote: Hello, that is not from me.I create only the GraphicConverter process (64 bit)Thorsten Am 23.08.2012 um 09:59 schrieb Patrick Axe <maulrat@sbcglobal.net>: Hi Thorsten, I'm just curious what process the "QTKitServer-(991) GraphicConverter" is? Re: QTKitServer-(991) GraphicConverter
I just found this: "QTKitServer is the background process that runs the 32-bit QuickTime 7 for 64-bit applications. Similar to how 32-bit Flash runs in a separate process for 64-bit Safari." hth, Carl Thorsten Lemke schrieb am 23.08.12 11:46: > > that is not from me. > I create only the GraphicConverter process (64 bit) > > Am 23.08.2012 um 09:59 schrieb Patrick Axe: > >>> Hi Thorsten, I'm just curious what process the "QTKitServer-(991) >>> GraphicConverter" is? Re: QTKitServer-(991) GraphicConverter
Hello, hmm, maybe you display a QuickTime movie and QuickTime does automatically open the process? Some older QuickTime codecs are not 64 bit, yet. But that is a QuickTime issue.Thorsten Am 23.08.2012 um 11:56 schrieb Patrick Axe <maulrat@sbcglobal.net>: I'm confused then because the name GraphicConverter is in the process itself<qtkitGC.jpg>On Aug 23, 2012, at 4:46 AM, Thorsten Lemke <lemke@lemkesoft.de> wrote: Hello,
