Which plist is which?

Which plist is which?

I have both CG 8.3.1(1058) & GC 6.7.7 installed and am having some flaky things happening in 8. I went to GC 8's Help menu and selected Show GraphicConverter Preferences with Finder. The plist it selects is com.lemkesoft.graphicconverter.plist, however there is also a plist named com.lemkesoft.graphicconverter8.plist in the Preferences folder. Which is the real preferences file for GC 8?
