System error while rating

Dear Matti,are the permissions R/W ?Please go to the GraphicConverter prefs part general/misc and enable the verbose console/logging. Hi,I have a backup of the offending file. I noticed that I can successfully rate it ONCE. I get the error message if I try to re-rate it.(The original file is a Canon 6D raw file edited and exported as jpg from Lightroom 5. Other similar jpg files are OK).- Matti

Hi,The original un-rated file has EXIF tool warning: [Minor] Excessive number of items for crs:PaintBasedCorrectionsCorrectionMasksDabs. Extracted only the first 1000.If I rate the jpg, then there is EXIF tool warning: Invalid XMP ...and it seems GC can't remove XMP after that.But if I first remove XMP from the original jpg, then I can rate and re-rate it just fine.- Matti

Dear Matti,I implemented already a workaround. But I have to wait until the Apple server are online again.
