Reverse Geocoding not adding state

Attachments :sDSC04249.JPGI am using GC 9.4 (1727). I have geotagged pictures of my last vacation but many do not have the city/state/country. When I use GC to reverse geocode them, the city and country are added but not the state. Is there a setting I have to adjust? Thanks.

Hello,please e-mail the image zipped to lemke@lemkesoft.de for testing.You file has no GPS data.Thorsten I am using GC 9.4 (1727).
