Text rotation or Oriented text

Post by macvf_com »

Hallo Thorsten,Currently writing a text is only possible horizontally. Could you add a way to rotate the text frame. Or to rotate the content of a selection, as you could write the text then select it and rotate it with the selector tool and the rotation line (using a layer to avoid the selected picture part rotation).Philippe

While it is extremely easy to do via the Position Palette, it is not at all intuitive that the user would need to use another palette. Text should also be able to be rotated via one of the corner handles. Perhaps with a modifier key held down or such to go into rotate mode.
