Stretch Text Taller

I do not use GraphicConverter enough to keep up with everything old much less everything new so I am stuck trying to do what I think is a simple task. I have typed some text on a png and now I want to stretch it taller. I know I have done that in the past but I simply cannot remember or figure it out again. Anyone?Thanks, Jim
