[Closed] Chroma Key filter

I notice you added a Chroma Key filter to Graphic Converter.
I am very inexperienced. Is there a tutorial on how to use this?
If using this filter would enable me to shoot photos with a green backdrop and insert them into other photos, that would save me purchasing additional software.
If this filter accomplish what I think it does, then it should be heavily promoted. Other apps that do this sell for more than Graphic Converter and are one trick ponies.
