[Solved] Scaling also cropping

I am trying to scale a photo to a dimension. As I do so, it also crops it. I need the details on the edges. I am taking my image, going to :picture/size/scale/640*480. But the result is small but the edges have been severely cropped. How can I scale the full area of the photo?
