[Solved] Stupid question: Keyboard shortcut

I have a question which I guess most power users can answer very easily.
I tried to look in the manual (probably not the right place) and here on the forum it is not possible to use "shortcut" as a search term..

My question is: How do I create a shortcut (key-combination) for a menu point that doesn't already have one?

I'd like to have shortcuts for (browser) Edit->Copy->copy EXIF for insert and (browser) Edit->Paste->Paste EXIF

I'm sure it is simple, but I just haven't figured it out :-)

BW,

Claus

Stay on the Finder, (desktop); on the menubar, click "Help"
Ask for "keyboard shortcuts" -- follow instructions... :-)
Apple's System Preferences > Keyboard can create shortcuts for any Application; for GC too.

I made a shortcut for "Curves" [Option Cmd M] -- imitating the existing "Levels" [Option Cmd L]

So you can shorten "Copy EXIF for Paste", and also "Paste EXIF" -- these words must be written perfectly in all details, then you should think of some unused combination, to avoid confusion, perhaps. (?)
