Since I upgraded to this version of GC, I cannot see gif files with transparency in my GC thumbnails or preview. The thumbnails and previews show only solid black. If I open one of these files to edit, it shows up solid black in the edit window until I click on it, then it shows up Ok. If I copy and paste one of these into another image, all I get is a black box in the other image.

How can I fix this?

I have GC 8.8.3 (1388)
OS 10.9.5

The 8.x is really old.

My apologies, I didn't realize I could run v10. I've upgraded, and that resolved the problem. Thanks!
