[Solved] Select rectangle without ratio

hallo.
I can select a rectangle, but it always uses the same ratio. How can I start top/left and ends down/right without a fix ratio?
In older versions, I can't remember this behavor. I can't find the right setting.

Hi,

please check the bottom o the toolbox. Did you maybe select a special aspect ration?
