[Closed] GC Hangs on install 10.6.6

I've been using GC 10.6.3 on an iMac with High Sierra 10.13.6. This morning I started up GC and got a dialog announcing 10.6.6 and saying I could upgrade from within the dialog. Accordingly I started it, the download apparently took place, eventually showing a button to allow me to install. I then got the spinning pizza for several minutes and had to force quit. I'm now planning to download the upgrade direct from the Lemkesoft site, but what did I do wrong?

That looks like a local issue of the Sparkle update framework.
I checked the update from the 10.6.5 to the 10.6.6 in the morning. There was no problem.

I am only very dimly aware of Sparkle. Have you any suggestions as to how to avoid this issue in the future? BTW, I did manage the update via the web site, as in the past.

Looks more like a temporary issue. I have no other such report, yet.
