Browser and iCloud thumbnails

Browser and iCloud thumbnails

When browsing a folder located in iCloud, the browser doesn't display thumbnails of the image files. I know the files are in iCloud, but the Finder will show thumbnails, so I hope there's a way for GC to do so as well. Is there a way (short of downloading the folder onto my computer) to have GC display the thumbnails?
