Hello,
What about a video editing, simple version at first (cut, copy, paste, link...) and as well color correction getting rid of orange or yellow see thru"curtains" (for example),
usual formats : MP4, MPG, WMV ... treatment and save (with conversion)
after then, synchonization with SMPTE, etc...

Maybe its not interesting for you to develop such a software, in this case, which one would you recommend me ?
