[Closed] Set start image for slideshow and randomize the rest

I am creating a slideshow and I would like to set the first image by choice and then allow the rest to be displayed in random order. When in the file selection dialog if I select random, then the start with slide choice is greyed out. If I uncheck the random button, I then have to select a sort method. Suggestions?

this is not supported with random display.
