Sorry, I wasn't sure how to word the title....
I would like to convert an image to just two colours - I can do this with black and white, by converting the image to grayscale, then adjusting levels until just black and white remain. Can I then convert this to blue/white, red/white etc??
For context - I'm taking drawings from paper, scanning and converting for use as rubber stamps, where only the one colour is used.

Once you have the image in B&W, there is no reason you can't change the mode back to RGB and then use "Swap Colors" to convert the black to anything in the color palette.

Yes, that is already possible.
But I thought that Lee requests a duotone gradient.
