Multiple Transparencies Possible or Needed?

I have a png file that has transparency issues (attached). You can see this is the outline of an aircraft in the upper-left area of the file. Where the doors would be (above and below), that should remain exactly as it is in transparency. But for all the other aircraft windows there is a second transparency, with what appears to be a tint within the transparency. Those other aircraft windows are causing graphics problems in the flight simulator in which it is used - these windows make anything behind them completely invisible, so that when you look into the aircraft from outside, you absolutely nothing inside the aircraft.Attached is a screenshot from the simulator showing the problem for all windows except those within the door. I need to fix those windows so that it will look like windows are actually there, because of slight tint, but not violate the pure transparency of the existing door regions. I hope that makes sense. Many thanks for any help to resolve this issue.

Hi,

a PNG file has only a single alpha channel.

But an alpha channel allows different transparency values.
Just press control + A to see the alpha channel in a separate window.
