Is it possible to override the native OS Language in GC?
I am running Danish Mac but wish to run GC in English but cannot seem to find a language setting. (much easier to search the manual if you are running the same language as the manual)

The macOS does automatically launch the software in the matching language.

You have to use a helper to change the language upon launch.
