AppleScript to create a rectangle

Hi--

I'm comfortable with AppleScript but new to Scripting GraphicConverter v10.7.2. The dictionary is huge.

Could someone please help me get started by showing me an example AppleScript that tells GC to

• Open a new window

• Draw a solid colored rectangle

• Save the file to the Desktop

I'd appreciate the help.
