Just upgraded from v10 to v11. I can't see the tools palette that should appear on right side of image.
I recall this problem happened when I first upgraded from v9 to v10 but I can't recall how to fix it.

Maybe it is hidden under another window.

Just go to the Window menu and select Hide Toolbox and Show Toolbox.

What happens now?
