Cutting marks

I recently tried printing a drawing that extended across several 8.5 x 11 pages. I don't think the cutting marks are working properly, but I don't find anything in the documentation about how they're supposed to work.My guess is that a fully formed cutting mark has a sort of Z shape. When I print, all I'm getting is an angled L. The base of the Z isn't there. It appears that about 5 or 6 mm is not not printing on the right side of my landscape oriented paper.I have tried creating a custom 8.5 x 11 paper size and reducing the printable area. Didn't work.Any suggestions?
