[Added] Clear Sets

The addition of font to sets is great and I am trying to get more disciplined in how I use them.

If for any reason you re-load set from a file the sets become duplicated on the list.

I have got myself into a right mess where I have a number of drawings opened on the same project and wanted to use a set I had created and saved elsewhere to ensure consistency across the drawings.

What I think is needed is a “Clear Open Sets” option before a reload.
