Catalina Can Break Printers; GC Can Help!

Apple's move to Catalina and full 64-bit can break a printer's ability to print many PDFs although many other functions remain operative. My Xerox 3600 is one; Xerox has stopped supporting it, and there's no upgraded driver available. Other brands are similarly affected. Gutenprint can't help, at least not yet. But GC can; simply open the PDF, remove the Alpha channel, and you're good to go. It's one page at a time as far as I know, but it saves buying a new printer!
