Is there a way to save a JPEG as a file for the internet and not lose the quality of the image?
I know you can "Save for Web" but the compression doesn't keep the quality.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

Re: Save Image for Internet and keep Quality
Hi,
just open a file and select Save As in the File menu.
Choose JPEG as format.
Click onto options.
You can now modify the quality.
A lower quality reduces the quality of the image and reduces the file size.
A higher quality improves the quality of the image and increases the file size.
So, you have to find a good match for the quality and file size. JPEG is always a lossy file format with the standard used baseline codec.
