Rearrange Tools Palate?

Hey, I'd like to arrange the tools palate so the tools I use regularly are grouped together, rather than scattered. Is this possible?

Yes, simple uncheck this options in the prefs. So, that palettes will keep it positions.

Okay, thanks for that. But I think you maybe didn't understand what I was asking.

In the Tools Palate, I rarely use Transparency. What I'd like to do is move it to the place where Text is, and move Text into it's place.
