[Added] Cross hairs View option?

Would it be possible to create a View > Cross hairs option?
I'm imagining an option where four lines emanate from the cursor and extend out to the ruler guides. This would assist in aligning the cursor with other objects on the screen, or with points on the ruler.

GC 12.1 (6407) on macOS 11.7.10:
- I can en/disable that cross hair
- Clicking the color box does not open a color picker.
- Note: The color picker from the tool window works fine.

The macOS manages that color field. The picker opens here.

Opened in GC build 6409
1) Situation remained unchanged.
2) Then realized my user error: All 3 colors were subordinate to their parent option:
• As soon as I toggled "Display Fullscreen Cross" to ON, its subsequent color picker reacted to clicks.
• As soon as I changed "Kind: [ Gray ▾ ]" to "Kind: [ Userdefined ▾ ]" its subsequent color pickers reacted to clicks.
I also know why I fell into this usability trap:
• The disabled state of the color pickers is only very very slighty different than their active state (which can be on/off then).
• Maybe you can make the difference more pronounced.

The difference is set by the macOS. It was in previous macOS versions much better. That is a standard Apple color well object.
The not clickable issue is fixed in the current BETA.
