Hi, I'm trying to open a PDF in GraphicConverter 11.5.2 (5169), but it can't be read. Then, I tried using preview to open it, and it had no problem with the same file. Any reason that would happen?
(P.S.) I can't attach it here because it says "invalid file extension". I would be more than happy to provide a copy of the file upon request.
