I am trying to view a jpeg in the browser. The preview window shows two greyish bars. The image opens fine in Affinity Photo. I have not seen this behaviour before. I wonder if I have a setting set wrong or something else? Hope you can help me.

The issue was caused by a wrong extension (JPG instead of ORF).
