[Added] Circular gradations

Post by WCraig »

Hi:

Is there an efficient way to draw something like the following in CADintosh?

I see that the 'Line at an angle tool' can draw from the centre to the rim and then with another circle I could trim the major and minor tick marks to the correct length. Is there some way to replicate the ticks around the perimeter? Otherwise, it is very tedious.

Also, is there a good way to place the number values relative to the ticks (ie "40" in the 'south' position)?

The goal is to be able to print a high-res label to go over a damaged dial face.

Thanks,

Craig
