I want to highlight text as with a yellow highlight marker; I've read previous messages about using the system highlight color and it depending on whether light or dark mode is selected. This was some GC versions (and OS versions) before the current.
I'm hoping there is a better way now maybe using layers and opacity, but if there is I haven't figured it out.
