[Solved] 11.5.4 and Monterey

I have just upgraded to Monterey and am experiencing several problems with GC 11.5.4 on my 2017 MBA. To wit: pull-down menus, they do not pull down, the menus at the top of the screen just sit there when I click them. Similarly, when I click on a photo nothing happens, or a few seconds later the cmd-click photo menu will appear, but I cannot select any options.
Is this just me or are there others experiencing this?

On my 2019 iMac 27inch GC 11.5.4 works fine.
Did you recheck with the new GC Beta?

I can't reproduce your issue here. Also, I have no other such report.
Pull-down menus are managed by the Apple AppKit. Did you maybe install any extensions to the macOS?
Did you try to trash the GraphicConverter prefs with our First Aid app?

No, I hadn't used the First Aid App. I did not know it existed, however, I just used it right now and the problem has disappeared! All good. Thanks. If you can create a First Aid App for my life I will be eternally grateful.
