Hi,
I'm thinking upgrading from GC 8 to 10 or 11, but in both trial versions toolbox is all black and cannot be used.
I'm using Sierra 10.12.6
How can this be solved?

I can't reproduce this here on my test machine with 10.11.
So, please redownload the app with Safari.
Do you maybe use any antivirus tools which may modify the app?
