[Added] WEBP as file format in "Save for Web" dialog

As of GraphicConverter 11.6

One at least has a WEBP preview in the "Save as" dialog (if you click "Options…"):

Though ofc it would be better suited to have WEBP support in the "Save for Web" dialog with features optimized for the use case such as:
- Larger preview
- Adjustments
- Web compliant file names
- Infos like file size, time to download
All great for the use case of web exports

worked great in GC 11.6.1 (build 5477) on macOS 11.6.5
