[Fixed] Smart Pasting a Row falsely inserts content at bottom selection boundary instead of the top selection boundary

Build 5639 does fix the issue with smart insert.

Closing this as fixed. All 4 functions are working now!
Now that this is completed I made a presention video of the new features Smart Cut, Smart Paste and Smart Insert.
