Thorsten - it appears that the only way to define layer filters in CADintosh 7 is to first manually set up viewing the layers one wishes to include in the filter, then use the “Define with current …” menu item. I guess I can get used to working in this new way, but I miss the ability to define layer filters in the dialogue box that was available in CADintosh 6 from the menu item “Layer/Filter…” because that seemed easier, particularly when wanting to define several filters at once. Is there any plan to bring the layer filters dialogue box back again?in friendshipRowland: Rowland Carson ... that's Rowland with a 'w' ...: <rowlandcarson@gmail.com> http://www.rowlandcarson.org.uk: Skype, Twitter: rowland_carson Facebook: Rowland Carson: pictures: http://picasaweb.google.com/rowlandcarson

Dear Rowland, the old method was much more complex and not often used.Simple enable the layers as required and define a new set.Thorsten > > > Thorsten - it appears that the only way to define layer filters in CADintosh 7 is to first manually set up viewing the layers one wishes to include in the filter, then use the “Define with current …” menu item.
