[Added] Control zoom factor in Browser also via gesture + shortcuts + menu

Status Quo as of GC 11.6.1
- For controlling the zoom factor in the image window GC offers: Gesture, Shortcuts, Menu > View > Zoom, Slider
- For controlling the item size in the browser GC offers: Slider

Proposal
- Would be nice to be able to use the same/similar control scheme from the Image Viewer in the Browser too.
- AFAIK this would be conflict free: In the case of overlapping windows:
-- Frontmost window receives Menu and Shortcut commands
-- Gesture is received of window where the cursor is (be it frontmost or not)

I added the zoom gesture to build 5490.

I added command + and - zooming to build 5491.

Tested in GC 11.6.1 (5491)
Both gesture zooming and CMD—+/- work in the Browser too now!
Feels so smooth and intuitive to have the same mechanism in the content windows also in the browser windows. Great improvement!
