[Fixed] Mouse cursor has wrong icon when approaching top and right border of selection

During approach from far away until reaching the selection, then the inner area of the selection, the mouse cursor normally changes like this:
1) Current cursor of tool (cross)
2) Move selection (cross with arrows)
3) Drag border (double arrow vertically or horizontally)
4) Move selection content (large hand)

Approach to left and bottom border:
Icon changes correctly through all 4 stages

Approach to right and top border:
Icon stage 3 is wrong
• Expected: "Move selection" cursor
• Actual: "Move content" cursor. And it is not only a wrong icon but indeed also a wrong behavior: When clicking down the mouse at this stage you do not move the selection (as desired) but instead you deselect.

Please recheck with build 5521.
That should fix the issue at higher zoom values.

Tested in GC 11.6.2 (5524): You get the cursor icon "move selection box" during approaching to all the 4 selection borders
