Is there a fast way to change multiple dates/times all at once? I would like a quick way to change the following dates/times with one action:
1. IPTC Date Created, Time Created
2. IPTC Digital Creation Date / Digital Creation Time
3. EXIF Date Time Original
4. EXIF Date Time Digitized
5. File Creation Date
6. File Modification Date
Thanks.

Re: Single Action Date Change
Do you want to enter one new date manually?
Re: Single Action Date Change
Yes, entering a single date/time and then being able to choose (perhaps with checkboxes) which date/time fields to apply it to would be great.

Re: [Added] Single Action Date Change
I hope there is an option to modify ONLY the dates that ALREADY exist ('-wm w' write existing tags).
The main date tag in images is:
ExifIFD:DateTimeOriginal
And in somewhat more messy movies:
QuickTime:CreateDate
Keys:CreationDate
Many devices and apps insert many other date tags but I prefer to keep them to the minimum and sync them to those mentioned above.

Re: [Added] Single Action Date Change
That is not possible, yet.
Re: [Added] Single Action Date Change
Thanks so much for creating this feature Thorsten! And my apologies for the late response. For some reason, I stopped receiving emails when a response is posted to the forum. I'll download the beta now and run some tests. By the way, I am running the MacOS App Store software version. Do I need to switch to your web site software version?
Also, separately, I noticed some interesting results in MacOS Preview the other day. I had the EXIF Date Time Original and IPTC Date Created / IPTC Time Created fields populated. Sometimes, I alter dates just to see the results. The EXIF date was later than the IPTC date, so I am guessing that is why MacOS Preview populated the IPTC and EXIF fields with the EXIF data. So, I decided to change the IPTC Date Created / IPTC Time Created via Graphic Converter to make it later than the EXIF Date Time Original. And once I opened the image in MacOS Preview, instead of MacOS Preview changing the appropriate field, instead MacOS Preview put the IPTC Date Created / IPTC Time Created in the IPTC Digital Creation Date / IPTC Digital Creation Time and EXIF Date Time Digitized fields. And MacOS Preview still populated the IPTC Date Created / IPTC Time Created with the EXIF Date Time Original. MacOS Preview appears to employ a number of unique business rules that it doesn't document for its users.

Re: [Added] Single Action Date Change
Hi Thorsten, I've tested your most recent Beta. See my attached test case excel spreadsheet and the associated image files. One test of the Exif Date only and the remaining 4 tests of the Exif Date with one additional date each. I've highlighted the text in pink where I don't understand the changes. Of course, I am not familiar with the code, so I am not necessarily pointing out errors. Hope my tests are clear. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks. Note: Sending attachments via email as my Numbers spreadsheet won't upload.

Per my email, the most recent Build 5623 looks good. Thanks.
