[fixed] How to rebind previous/next file in an Editor

I did bind command 1 for testing to next image. It just works. Even after a restart of the software.

Oh, I've found the culprit — turns out I had set some global shortcuts for some other apps and they override the shortcuts I set in GC, that's why the shortcuts disappear!
