Options when exporting to PDF

When exporting a iCalamus document to PDF:
- the filename of the document is not used for saving the PDF
- the document properties (author etc.) used in iCalamus are not preserved in the PDF document.
- in fact, there are no options at all in the "export to PDF" dialogue box
While the filename can manually be altered when saving, the "document properties" cannot be added/changed afterwards with (free) PDF-readers, so that should be done by iCalamus.
