[Closed] Identify and Save Multiple Pictures in an Image

Post by publiclee »

I'm embarking on a massive conversion of paper receipts into digital form (yes I'm catching up on many years of neglect).
I have a nice, fast Epson 680W scanner and it comes with a carrier page on which I can place multiple receipts.
What I'd like to do is then separate the receipts into individual files, each named with the date of the receipt etc.
This requires that the receipts can be individually recognised on the page, cropped out and saved.
My old Brother Scanner software could do this but the Epson scanner software can't.
I thought this would be an easy task in GraphicConverter but alas I can't find the command anywhere in the interface. Does it exist? If not is there a workaround, perhaps with some sort of batching command?
