[Fixed] Odd behavior with hatching style/attributes

Doing a drawing at 1" = 1' scale.
Got a hatched box shown in below png named 3 inch input hatching with the input attributes in top of composite image. Note hatching distance is 3 in.
If the style attributes are reopened, the hatching distance is now reported as 0.118 inches - seem image Reopened Hatching.png. If this is then directly applied, the hatching is so dense as to appear black as presented in the bottom of composite image.
This is a bit confounding, since glimpsing the hatching attributes does not immediately make it clear how to reproduce the hatching in another area.
The shrinking of the distance spacing is a bit recursive. If the hatching attributes are reopened and applied again, the spacing keeps shrinking, though I've not taken it to the limit.
