Converting EPS in OS X

As Ghostscript and EPS to Pict both appear to be 'Classic' programmes, is there any 'OS X only' way of converting EPS to some other vector formats in GraphicConverter? Is there any news of either of those programs being made OS X compatible? Or GraphicConverter including EPS conversion direct in a future update?
