The hand (image pan) tool is not working in GC 12.4.2 on my i7 iMac with AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT - either when the tool is active or using the space bar.
Working fine with the same version, settings and images on my Apple silicon Macs.

On my Intel I9 iMac 2019 it works perfect.
I can move a picture to an other position in the window.
